  Very bad experience dealing with William, he was a nightmare from start to finish. Very difficult to communicate and just generally a horrible person to have to spend hours with while making a kitchen

  Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment to have my kitchen measured with the intention of choosing a new kitchen. Everything was fine until I received a phone call just 30 minutes before the appointment. During the call, I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner and questioned about whether I could “afford” the service. I was told it wouldn’t be £2,000–£3,000, despite me never raising any concerns about cost. I am fully aware that a kitchen is a significant investment, so these comments were unnecessary and inappropriate. If they needed to discuss budgets or qualify customers, this should have been done at the time of booking or during the appointment — not half an hour before, and certainly not in such a disrespectful way. The tone was judgmental and made me feel uncomfortable. I also have the call recorded, so I am fully aware of what was said. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company based on how I was treated. Now that you have replied I would also like to say you can’t quote someone when you don’t know the measurements and would also like to add I didn’t have a problem with the budget I didn’t mention money once but you think you can speak down on people and give attitude honestly appalling behaviour 😂

  I had a very disappointing experience with this kitchen company. We had an appointment booked for them to come and measure our kitchen. However, just one hour before the appointment, they called and cancelled. The person on the phone (Adam) was extremely rude. He assumed that I didn’t want to pay for a kitchen because “kitchens are expensive” and said the average kitchen costs around £16,000–£17,000. This was very surprising because I never once mentioned my budget or said I expected a £2,000 kitchen. He also claimed that I had been to several other places to get quotes, which is not true. I told him clearly that I hadn’t been anywhere else – we only contacted this company because my partner liked their kitchens. The way I was spoken to was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Buying a kitchen is a big investment, and customers should be treated with respect, not judged or spoken to rudely. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you’re planning a new kitchen, be careful before booking with them – the customer service we received was unacceptable.

  We decided to get our kitchen via this branch. The showroom is clean, tidy and presentable with a range of different kitchen selection. There is also a small section in the store where kids can play to keep them busy. We're really glad Andreea picked up our online enquiry as she has been extremely helpful and prompt throughout the process. We could tell she's very experienced in her field and her recommendations made the buying process so simple and stress free! Oh and we did go for a Magnet recommended kitchen fitter (Andy) who took on additional work for us to get our kitchen project sorted. He would respond after hours and handled pretty much everything for us. Overall, we could not be more happier! : )
