Very bad experience dealing with William, he was a nightmare from start to finish. Very difficult to communicate and just generally a horrible person to have to spend hours with while making a kitchen

I had a truly disappointing experience at Magnet’s Solihull store. I visited to have five kitchen designs created and spent an hour with an assistant, who assured me the designs would be sent to me afterward. However, only one design was ever sent.
When I called to follow up, the store manager informed me I’d need to open an account and return to the store to receive the remaining four designs. To my shock, he said he was “not bothered” by my business and suggested I go elsewhere if I wanted to.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected professionalism and courtesy, but instead, I was met with indifference and poor communication. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone.
